I had a deadline to meet. I was trying to “finish” my major work on the house by today.
My 30th birthday!!
As of last week, the major project that was still looming was the kitchen cabinets. If you remember, they were a dark, cherry wood. I have gotten new countertops and backsplash, so this was the finishing touch!
I decided to paint them myself to save a lot of money. I bought a paint sprayer on Prime Day and got to work. I used the Emerald Urethane paint in semi-gloss from Sherwin Williams and went with the color Balanced Beige.
I also got new soft-close hinges for the doors as well as hardware, since it didn’t have any before!!
And… I finished the project, just in time!
