If you’re anything like me, you love the look of a frame TV but can’t quite justify the price.
I was looking for something to spice up the tv that functions as my computer monitor, so I decided to try my hand at a DIY of a frame tv.
Here are the supplies I used:
-Lattice moulding trim (enough to cover your tv, plus an extra inch or two on all sides for the matting to show) – Here is the type of trim I used! https://www.lowes.com/pd/Lattice-Moulding-2-1-4-in-x-8-ft-Pine-Wood-Lattice-Moulding-Actual-2-25-in-x-8-ft/1000255573
-Industrial staple gun and staples
-Jigsaw to cut the lattice (or another saw!)
-Wooden corner applique pieces (I got mine from Hobby Lobby; it was about $2.50 for 4 pieces)
-Matting material (you can get this at a craft or framing store)
-Razor to cut matting material
-Caulk to cover any minor imperfections
-Wood glue or hot glue
-Paint, color of your choice
