Why are these the most delicious things in the world? I. am. in. love. I’ve made many different versions of these, and I am so excited for you to try them and experiment yourself! YUUUMMM.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chia seeds
2/3 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter!)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
In a medium sized bowl, stir all the ingredients together. You’ll really want to focus on working the peanut butter and honey through the mixture. If your mixture is too dry, add a tablespoon of honey. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, and then shape into balls.
That’s it!! I like to customize these by adding other things that we have on hand. Here are some suggestions!
- Raisins
- Walnuts
- Dried Fruits
- Coconut Flakes
